The Orchids is designed to provide high-quality, modern housing with a focus on community integration and an open environment.
The development comprises 48 new homes, including eight apartments, with a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom properties.
Affordable housing provision
Twenty-four homes are allocated for affordable rent, with a further 24 available through shared ownership, providing a balanced mix of tenures.
