Community Gateway Association is undertaking essential, one-off building remediation works during 2026/2027 at its flagship extra-care housing scheme, The Courtyards, on Dovedale Avenue in Preston.
The 2026/2027 works
The intervention represents a major targeted reinvestment in the facility’s long-term building condition and lifespan.
Day-to-day operations and 24-hour care remain active while the remediation programme is undertaken.
Project involvement
Clerk of Works inspection services are provided for the remediation works.
