New affordable homes for Runcorn.
Halton Court is a completed affordable housing development located between Halton Road and Halton Court in Runcorn. The £18 million scheme was delivered in partnership by Onward Homes / Onward Living and Wirral-based Magenta Living.
The development comprises 121 new two-, three- and four-bedroom residential properties, providing a mix of affordable rented homes and shared ownership.
Project involvement
Clerk of Works inspection services were provided for the development.
